Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms define the conditions and procedures for using the cryptocurrency automated trading service (the "Service") provided by OverBit (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" refers to the cryptocurrency futures automated trading platform provided by the Company.
2. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
3. "Strategy" refers to a set of automated trading rules and conditions created by the member.
4. "API Key" refers to authentication information used to connect the exchange account to the Service.
Article 3 (Service Usage)
1. The Service connects to the member's exchange account to automatically execute trades.
2. Members are responsible for setting up and operating strategies based on their own investment decisions.
3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance or troubleshooting.
4. Service fees follow the Company's policy and changes will be announced in advance.
Article 4 (Member Obligations)
1. Members must safely manage their account information and API keys.
2. Members must not use the Service for illegal purposes.
3. Members must not use others' accounts without authorization.
4. Members must comply with relevant laws when using the Service.
Article 5 (Investment Risk Disclosure)
Important Notice
1. Cryptocurrency trading involves high risk, and you may lose all or part of your investment.
2. Automated trading systems may produce results different from expectations depending on market conditions.
3. Past returns do not guarantee future profits.
4. Members should invest considering their financial situation and risk tolerance.
5. The Company is not responsible for members' investment losses.
Article 6 (Refund Policy)
1. Refunds are not available after payment.
2. This is because AWS server resources are immediately allocated and the service starts upon payment.
3. Please test the service through the referral free trial before subscribing.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or hacking.
2. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond its control, such as exchange system failures or API errors.
3. The Company is not responsible for investment losses due to member strategy errors or market fluctuations.
Article 8 (Privacy Protection)
Member privacy protection is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
1. In case of disputes regarding Service use, the Company and members will work towards an amicable resolution.
2. If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be settled in accordance with Korean law.
Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)
1. The Company may amend these terms within the scope of applicable laws.
2. Changes will be announced 7 days before implementation, or 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to members.
3. Members who disagree with the amended terms may discontinue using the Service and withdraw.
